Q) How do your facilities work?

A) We are able to independently source the most applicable type of finance for your scheme, from Bridging Finance, through to Development Finance, and subsequent Term Loan finance on a "Buy to Let" basis. We can arrange either one or all types of finance for your scheme simplifying the process as a one stop partner working on your behalf.

Q) How much can I raise?

A) We are not constrained by strict lending criteria as we are able to raise up to 100% of purchase price and 100% development costs, as many of our lenders work on 'market value' rather than purchase price. We have access to over 100 lenders who may consider your project.

Q) How Quickly can you arrange Finance?

A) We are able to arrange bridging finance as quickly as 7 days subject to valuation and legals to enable you to move quickly and secure the property.

Q) What type of Schemes Can you arrange Finance?

A) We are able to arrange finance for all types of residential and commercial development as well as term loan facilities for investment property. We are also able to arrange trading facilities for investors looking to expand an existing portfolio.
